HALL RENTAL PRICES

FOOD: Clients may bring in their own food or use a caterer.

NON- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Clients may bring in non-alcoholic beverages

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Clients may bring in alcoholic beverages with proper permits and/or liquor licenses, as required by law.

TABLE COVERS: Client/caterer must provide all table covers and centerpieces. 

CLEAN UP: Clients are required to clean up all food, drinks and take all trash to the cans outside.

FOP 111 Active & Retired (Sunday – Thursday) 

Defined as FOP 111 Active & Retired member and/or their immediate family. 

(Spouse, Parents, Siblings and Children)

$75 per hour (no minimum)

Friday – Saturday 

$300.00 for 4 hours

After 4 hours, $100.00 per hour

FOP 111 Associate Members and other Active FOP Members (Sunday – Thursday) 

Defined as FOP 111 Associate members or Active members of another FOP lodge. 

(Does NOT include immediate family) 

$100.00 per hour (no minimum)

Friday – Saturday 

$400.00 for 4 hours

After 4 hours, $125.00 per hour

PUBLIC RENTAL (Sunday-Thursday) 

Hall rental fee $400.00 for 4 hours

After 4 hours, $150.00 per hour

Friday – Saturday 

Hall rental fee $500.00 for 4 hours

After 4 hours, $175.00 per hour

Refundable Deposit Fees: Members $150, Non-members $250

All rentals of the venue require signed contract
